Bio-Green Planet® Wastewater Pulp and Paper
Wastewater Treat- Pulp and Paper (PP) is a granular blend of product consisting of naturally-occurring, scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes, enzymes, fungi and nutrients designed to accelerate decomposition and digestion of sludge generated by wood processing and to consume excess nutrients built up in holding tanks and lagoons. PP is a unique combination of six selected facultatively anaerobic microbial cultures, which are effective across a wide range of substrates and environmental conditions. PP microbes are strictly saprophytic, meaning they only digest non-living and decaying materials. Use of PP in conjunction with mechanical aeration and agitation reduces B.O.D. and C.O.D. to acceptable levels.

- Application
PP is ideal for treating wastewater generated during paper manufacturing operations. Wastewater from such operations have excess amounts of lignocelluloses, lignins, hemicelluloses, celluloses and xylan along with other by-products such as sugar, proteins and pectins in waste process water holding tanks and lagoons.
