EBECRYL® 604 is a bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate oligomer diluted with a 20% 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) monomer. Known for its light color, low odor, low viscosity, and rapid cure response, cured films exhibit high gloss, surface hardness, and excellent solvent resistance. Applications span overprint varnishes, coatings for various substrates, lithographic inks, screen print inks, and wood fillers in wood coatings, furniture coatings, and industrial coatings. Application methods include curtain coating, gravure coating, and roller coating.
