EBECRYL® 3503

EBECRYL® 3503 is a modified diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A-based epoxy resin, is diluted by approximately 20% with the reactive diluent propoxylated glycerol triacrylate (OTA-480) (1). Primarily designed for ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations, it exhibits a light color with high UV/EB reactivity. Compared to unmodified epoxy acrylates, EBECRYL® 3503 demonstrates improved wetting of pigments, matting agents, and substrates. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 3503 typically showcase high gloss and hardness, along with good chemical resistance. This product aligns with environmentally conscious practices, featuring labeling claims such as low carbon footprint (PCF), solvent-free, and VOC-free.
