SETALUX® 1905 BA-74 is an acrylic polyol featuring a 3.3% OH content (calculated on non-volatiles). Recognized for its fast-drying, VOC-compliant coatings (420 g/l), this formulation delivers coatings with high build and gloss. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties and good outdoor durability when combined with aliphatic poly-isocyanates. Ideal for solventborne coatings, clearcoats, solventless/high-solids coatings, and topcoats. As a binder and resin in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers (CASE) category, it finds applications in automotive OEM coatings, industrial topcoats, clearcoats, and solid colors for vehicle refinish.
