EBECRYL® 3203 is a low viscosity diluted epoxy acrylate, stands out for its exceptional pigment wetting properties, particularly with black pigments. Its fast cure response, when formulated with other oligomers and cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), adds to its versatility. Primarily designed as a grinding aid, EBECRYL® 3203 is used for preparing high pigment loading pigment pastes using equipment such as triple roll mills or bead mills. It is particularly well-suited for the grinding of black pigments, white pigments, and inorganic pigments and fillers. Noteworthy features include a faster cycle time, low energy consumption, a long pot life, and improved hardness. These attributes make EBECRYL® 3203 a valuable choice for formulators aiming for efficient and high-quality pigment dispersions.
