EBECRYL® 600/50 TM is a bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate, diluted with 50% trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) monomer. This product is recognized for its light color, low odor, and rapid cure response. Films cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) showcase high gloss, elevated surface hardness, and good solvent resistance, typical of epoxy resins. Key features include long pot life, faster cycle time, high gloss, low-temperature curing, improved chemical resistance, low energy consumption, and enhanced hardness. It is suitable for radiation-curable coatings and finds applications in wood coatings, furniture coatings, and industrial coatings.
