Processing Information
Simple, 4-Step Process(3) does not require heating or pressure.:
Cleaning
Wash and dry the lites of glass.
Taping
Apply double-sided adhesive tape to the perimeter of one glass lite and assemble the two lites. The tape acts as a dam and provides the required thickness for the UVEKOL interlayer.
Filling
Fill the space between the two lites of glass with UVEKOL. Since it is pumped in liquid form, UVEKOL spreads evenly – even between irregular surfaces.
Curing
Curing begins only when you place the glass under UV lamps (black light), giving you greater control over the process. Cure time is typically 20 minutes.
Performance Characteristics

ASTM E 90-04, ASTM E 413-04 and ASTM E 1332-90, tested for 50 cm x 80 cm single laminates at 20°C*:; 29; *Testing performed at Architectural Testing, Inc., York, PA
