Quechem Synthetic Lubricant HTL-440G
Quechem Synthetic Lubricant HTL-440G is chemically similar to HTL-440 with the addition of a micronized synthetic graphite for adverse operating conditions. It is a 100% synthetic lubricant specifically manufactured for trunnion rollers on rotary kilns and dryers. It provides protection during boundary conditions. The graphite gives added protection against direct contact of shaft and liner, preventing most shut downs. It operates up to 20% cooler than HTL-440.

HTL 440G is used throughout North America and abroad in many industries. It has a very high film strength and have taken temperatures up to 585ºF without failure.
