- Suggested Uses and Processing Information
Combinations of BECKOPOX™ EH 651 with epoxy resins, both solventbased and solvent-free, give systems with long pot life. Cured films show good flexibility, adhesion, water resistance and resistance to many chemicals.; The product is preferably used in combination with xylene-based solid epoxy resins, such as BECKOPOX™ EP 301, for metal coatings and anti-corrosion-primers. Modified with suitable grades of tar, coating systems for e. g. lock gates, concrete and underground-installed conduits can be formulated. Zinc rich primers can also be formulated.; MIXING RATIO AND POTLIFE; A blend of 100g BECKOPOX™ EP 301/75X 40g BECKOPOX™ EH 651/70X starts to gel at 23°C after approx. 8 hours.
