CIPADAM® S-15 ULTRA
Cipadam® S-15 Ultra is part of a two-coat protection system that prevents the intrusion of chlorides and water. The two-coat system consists of a base coat of CIPADAM® S-15 which is a silane base that penetrates into the substrate and reduces chloride ion migration through cement materials. CIPADAM® S-15 should be applied as packaged.Do not dilute or alter material; Preferred method of application is with a low pressure (20 psi) airless sprayer; Sprayer should be fitted with a solvent resistant hose and gasket; Apply sufficient material to thoroughly saturate the surface making sure to brush out excess material that does not penetrate; When applying to flat surfaces, CIPADAM® S-15 should be applied in a single saturating application with sufficient material applied so that the surface remains wet for a few minutes before penetration into the concrete; Surface residues, pools and puddles should be broomed out thoroughly until they completely penetrate the surface; CIPADECK® Paver and Concrete Sealer or CIPADECK® Cure & Seal WB should be applied to a dry surface which is normally 24 hours after the application of CIPADAM® S-15

- Limitations
Do not apply at temperatures below 4.5°C (40°F) CIPADECK® Cure & Seal WB 10°C (50°F); After applying CIPADAM® S-15, protect from rain, foot traffic and sun for 24 hours; After application of CIPADECK® Paver and Concrete Sealer or CIPADECK® Cure & Seal WB wait 24 hours before opening to traffic
- Installation
CIPADAM®S-15 contains blended solvents and should be handled accordingly; Do not use near fire or extreme heat and provide good ventilation to avoid build up of solvent fumes; Applicators should wear approved NIOSH/MSHA approved respirators; When applying to exterior of occupied buildings, all exterior air conditioning vents should be covered during application and air handling equipment should be turned off during application to avoid solvent odors within the building; Clothing which may become contaminated with CIPADAM® S-15 should be changed as quickly as possible
