ARCOR® EE-11
ARCOR® EE-11 is a high-performance, solvent-free epoxy Novolac coating that combines ceramic fillers and advanced functionality. It is specifically formulated for both immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in aggressive environments characterized by acids, alkalis, elevated temperatures, and abrasion. By applying ARCOR® EE-11, you can achieve a tough and chemical-resistant protective coating on a wide range of surfaces, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as concrete structures. The integration of Reactive Flexibilizing agents ensures excellent flexibility without compromising its chemical and temperature resistance properties, making it an ideal choice for large tank walls and floors, eliminating the need for fiberglass mat reinforcement. With its low viscosity, ARCOR® EE-11 can be conveniently applied by hand or spray at thicknesses of up to 80 mils per coat, providing reliable protection in demanding applications. ARCOR Epoxy Technologies can tailor make or reformulate the product to suit customer needs. Please reach out if you need a custom formulated product!
