nnomax™ MPI is a source of nutritious and easily digestible protein. Meat Protein Isolate is derived from porcine fat trimmings. It contains over 90% tasty proteins. The water content is less than 4% and ash content does not exceed 4.5%. The hydrolase is fully absorbable. The invitro pepsin digestibility surpasses 99%
- Origin
Innomax™ MPI is produced in an USDA certified facility dedicated to processing porcine proteins, from healthy animals approved for human consumption. In the production process, the fresh trimmings are loaded into a cooker or direct steam vessel and rendered. Afterwards, the broth with diluted meat protein is separated from lard. The liquid meat protein isolate is then carefully concentrated and spray-dried to preserve its high quality and palatability.
