Rimpro India Wax AO is a self & emulsifying cream base .this almost odorless,white, flakes is suited for the preparation of creams and ointments as well as of liquid emulsions of the oil –in water type,owing to the non - ionic and very skin compatible emulsifier amount neutral, non –irritant emulsion can be formulated combination with oily components, such decyl oleate,cetearyl isononanoate type product,caprylic/capric triglyceride, octyl dodecanol, isopropyle myristate and isopropyl palmitate as super fatting agent.

Depending on the purpose of Application, the doses vary according to the other components of the formulation. Normally, 8 – 10 % of the product is needed to obtain creamy structures. RIMPRO WAX AO is melted at approx. 70 -800C with, e.g., DECYL OLEATE, CETEARYL ISONONANOATE, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, OCTYL DODECANOL or other vegetable, animal and mineral oils. The necessary water phase, which has the same temperature, is added to the fat phase by stirring. The emulsion is stirred until it gets cold –the perfume oil is added at temperature below 400C – and, if necessary, the emulsion is homogenized by machine
