Optimum average molecular weight of 2500 Daltons and about 20% of free amino acids provides high substantivity, skin conditioning and film-forming properties with moisturizing and protecting effect. Easy to formulate in a variety of cosmetic systems, KELIMILK is recommended for use in skin and hair care products. Full water solubility. Compatible with ionic and nonionic surfactant solutions.
