AquaFLON® 797 is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion of synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

AquaFLON® 797 is recommended for flexographic and gravure water-based inks. This product is also used in a wide variety of industrial coatings, wood finishes, and composite treatments at 1-5% of active solids to the total formula weight.
