Marron Foods 80WheyUSA is a rapidly dispersible and soluble functional and nutritional ingredient with 80% protein on a dry basis. It is manufactured from fresh cheese or whey using ultra-filtration and is one of the most concentrated forms of protein due to its high whey protein composition. Having been instantized it mixes easily into products such as drink mixes and is rapidly digested permitting fast absorption into the blood stream and muscles. 80WheyUSA also provides excellent emulsifying, water binding and gelling functionality when used in food applications.
