Novatext® MAT

Novatext® Mat consists of silicones based texture modifiers and photostable emollients. It is a D4, D5 and D6 free with a dry and smooth skin feel. Novatext® Mat reduces the tackiness of formulations and has a high mattifying effect upon application.
