Bioset Magenta
Bioset Magenta are vegetable ink with excellent performance, for use in presses sheetfed offset with or without water/alcohol system, specially developed to cover a wide range of common papers in offset. They are vegetable-based inks based on renewable sources, they have minimal odor and low migration, are manufactured according to the BPC (EUPIA code of good practices) which makes it very suitable for printing the outside of food packaging, food wrappers, toys and cosmetics.

Excellent Performance, Fast Setting, Friction Resistant, Good Brightness, High Solids Content, Low Migration, Low Odor, Renewable Resource Content; High solids content (over 98%), therefore the absence of polluting solvents and of non-renewable origin, with excellent performance at a lower application thickness.; Specially selected resins dissolved in drying vegetable oils of natural origin (ecological and renewable).; Less environmental aggressiveness for the machine parts involved in the transfer (tires and batteries).; Greater ease of cleaning because of the better stability of the ink and less environmental risk of residues as they are, mostly, natural and biodegradable; They are exempt from Heavy Metals that are toxic and any other product authorized or dangerous for health or the environment. Under the correct application conditions, it is best suited for exterior printing of food packaging, cosmetics, school products, toys and office supplies.

Varnished Glued : Prior tests must be carried out with the materials and under the conditions of use, but In principle, they are excellent for varnishing with UV varnishes and water-based acrylics.. Utilization :They are supplied ready for use. To adjust viscosity, tack or drying consult our technical department because they are mineral oil-free inks and are not recommended all conventional additives.
