Biostar Yellow
Biostar Yellow is a new generation of vegetable inks, characterized by their very good performance, high gloss, very good dot clipping and very fast fixing with excellent friction resistance. It is a very safe and flexible range that can be used on the most common supports in offset: coated gloss, matte, high gloss, cardboard, cardboard... Being free of mineral oils, they do not contain VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and therefore they are very suitable for printing the outside of food packaging, toy wrappers, cosmetics and office supplies.

Flexible, Friction Resistant, Good Brightness, High Gloss, High Performance, High Solids Content, Matte Finish; High solids content (more than 98%), therefore the absence of polluting solvents and those of non-renewable origin, with excellent performance at a lower application thickness.; Specially selected resins dissolved in drying vegetable oils of natural origin (ecological and renewable).; Less environmental aggressiveness and for the machine parts involved in the transfer (tires and batteries); Greater ease of cleaning due to the better stability of the ink and less environmental risk of residues as they are, for the most part, natural and biodegradable; They are free of Heavy Metals that are toxic and authorized or dangerous for health or the environment.; Absence of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).; High transfer; Excellent water-ink balance.

- Prior tests must be carried out with the materials and under the conditions of use, but, in In principle, they are excellent for varnishing with UV varnishes and water-based acrylics.
