itaforte High Alumina Microspheres
High itaforte High Alumina Microspheres are produced from excellent raw materials and with strict quality control in the agglomeration and sintering processes, they present excellent resistance to impact, compression and wear. They are hard and resistant grinding bodies. It is used as load in mills of different types, having the function of comminuting, dispersing and distributing nanometric solids. The use of balls with adequate diameter promotes an increase in yield and a reduction in grinding time.

When there is a small granulometric jump in a milling process, it is recommended to use microspheres instead of conventional diameter spheres in order to obtain better efficiency and shorter milling time. Alumina beads have a lifespan and contamination levels similar to zirconia and steel microspheres, but lower cost and better performance than glass beads.
