MAGIC CAST 353 ZMG is an alcohol base, zircon/graphite refractory coating. MAGIC CAST 353 ZMG has been formulated to substantially reduce metal penetration and burn on defects that can be encountered with medium and heavy sectioned iron and steel castings. The coating is supplied in a heavy slurry form. MAGIC CAST 353 ZMG can be applied by flow coating, brushing, swabbing or spraying.

MAGIC CAST 353 ZMG should be mixed thoroughly before use. We recommend the use of an explosion-proof, motor-driven mixer. MAGIC CAST 353 ZMG is shipped as a heavy slurry. If necessary, the Baume´ can be reduced by reducing the MAGIC CAST 353 ZMG with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA 99%). Caution: Solvent is highly flammable.
