GingerCSR™
GingerCSR™ micro-encapsulates a standardized extract of the Zingiber Officinale plant. Two extract versions are used: a powdered Ginger extract containing 30% Gingerols and Shogaols; and; a Ginger oil extract containing 50% Gingerols and Shogaols. With significant dosing levels, GingerCSR™ completely isolates the notoriously pungent extracts of high-purity ginger, providing a material competitive advantage to Ginger incorporated food and beverage products The ingredient is optimal for incorporation into bars, shakes, meal replacement products and mix-n-drink beverages.
