- Application Use Levels
CLiQFLOW 602 is typically used at a loading level between 0.3 –1.5% depending on the nature of the system. For typical decorative latex paints a loading of 0.5% on total might be recommended for the first screening study.; CLiQFLOW602 requires shear and dwell for activation. In can be incorporated as powder at the milling stage of the manufacturing process but also as pre-gel in water. The pre-gel can be added at any formulation step. It is recommended to use a pre-gel concentration of 5% CLiQFLOW 602for optimum activation.; CLiQFLOW 602 is compatible with most binder systems and can be combined with any other rheological additive if required.

- HIGHLIGHTS
CLiQFLOW 602 provides a thixotropic, strongly shear thinning flow behavior with high low shear viscosities. It improves the elasticity of a system and therefore reduces phase separation and pigment settling.. CLiQFLOW 602 is easy to activate and is recommended in systems with a pH between 6 and 12. It can be combined with any other classes of rheological additives to further modify the flow behavior and performance of an aqueous system.
