Synthetic EP 68
Synthetic EP 68 of synthetic industrial EP gear lubricants is specifically formulated to protect moderate to heavily loaded industrial gears and bearings. It provide excellent anti-wear and load carrying capability as well as strong rust inhibition and demulsibility performance. Synthetic EP 68 meets or exceeds the requirements of the industry standard U.S. Steel 224 and AGMA 250.04 EP gear lubricant specifications.

- Performance Benefits
High film strength - gear teeth are protected from wear and premature failure.; Excellent oxidative and thermal stability - product won't break down when operating in conditions of oxidation and high thermal stress resulting in long service life.; Non-foaming - use of an effective antifoam assures good foam control.; Fast and complete water separation - water separates quickly and completely and resists forming permanent emulsions.; Non corrosive - the products will not corrode non-ferrous metals contained in gear sets.
- Recommended Applications
The Pericles Series of synthetic industrial EP gear lubricants are suitable for use in spur, helical, herringbone, bevel, and most types of industrial hypoid gearing. They are also suitable for ball, roller, and other types of antifriction bearings.
