DayGlo Signal Green Acrylic Latex Paint (SRX-18)
Screamin' SRX Fluorescent Paint is a premium, low odor, water-based fluorescent latex paint. Maximum lightfastness and film integrity are dependent upon the use of DayGlo FILTERAY® Type "W" (clear overcoat). DayGlo® Screamin' SRX paints appear to glow in the dark when exposed to black light.

The useful outdoor life of the color is determined by the thickness and uniformity of the DayGlo SRX coating. For greatly increased resistance to sunlight, an overcoat of SRX Filteray W is required. The following table gives a guide to expected lightfastness. The lower number is representative of exposure in southern latitudes; the larger number in northern latitudes.. One coat of DayGlo SRX latex paint is usually sufficient for interior markings, as the color is virtually unaffected by light sources other than direct sunlight. For storefronts, panel truck signs, etc., which must last a year or more, apply a coat of Filteray W overcoat over two coats of DayGlo SRX latex paint.
