Momentive Performance Materials CF1251 Silicone Polymer is a blend of a high molecular weight silicone polymer dispersed in a 350 centistroke polydimethylsiloxane fluid. In hair care products, it provides excellent wet and dry combing, improves softness, enhances shine, and provides improved manageability and conditioning. In skin care products, it imparts a soft, smooth velvety feel, provides excellent emolliency, imparts a durable film, and improves spreadability.
