PetrolAid™ RDX
Petrolaid™ RDX is a low pH organic salt designed to replace traditional acids like hydrochloric, citric, phosphoric, formic, and sulfuric acids. It releases hydrogen ions on demand to dissolve calcium scale and iron oxide, offering a cost-effective and high-performance alternative. It is DOT non-regulated, non-fuming, non-corrosive to most metals, phosphate-free, and low in BOD/COD contribution.

PetrolAid™ RDX is used to stimulate oil production by dissolving the carbonate bedrock to produce fissures in the oil bearing rock formation; PetrolAid™ RDX is used to dissolve calcium & magnesium carbonate downhole to allow for more efficient oil production especially for the stimulation of mature wells.; PetrolAid™ RDX is used to clean pumps and metal pipes efficiently without corrosion related issues typically related to the use of Hydrochloric acid.; Cement Trucks, Equipment, and Tools Cleaners; Cleaners for Most Metals and Rust Removers; Unlike Hydrochloric Acid, Petrolaid RDX doesn't require the addition of chemical additives to slow down the reaction with the rock matrix, or the need for expensive acid inhibitors or intensifiers
- Storage Condition
Store in a cool, well-ventilated place, out of direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed.; Store away fromincompatiblematerials.; Store in accordance with local/regional/ national/internationalregulations; Product should not be transported or stored in Stainless Steel or Aluminum containers due topotential corrosion or pitting of surfaces.; Particular storage locations might require vented caps.; This product can be stored up to 12 months in unopened container.
