Preparation and Feeding Information

PWT 3905-S is a dry polymer that must be pre-diluted in water before use.; One method for dilution is adding the polymer into the vortex of a mixed tank at a concentration between 0.1 - 0.5% polymer by weight and then mixing at slow speed (300 rpm maximum).; A much better method is to use a dry polymer make down system.; A number of commercially available systems will produce excellent results.; Polymer solutions should be aged for 30-60 minutes prior to use for best results.; Solution shelf life is 8-16 hours.

Storage, Stability and Handling Information

Suggested in-plant storage life is two years in unopened bags and drums.; For best results, store at 32 - 90°F.
