BONDEX® HS is based on Acrylic Polymer Emulsion. It has very high tack, high Shear Strength with instant bond & non-migrating properties, due to which the long term durability is better. It is mainly used for B.O.P.P. Packaging Tapes / OPP carton sealing tape making. It gives peel strength of 400 – 600 gm/inch at 30⁰C after application on BOPP film (18 – 25 micron coating) with Shear value more than 50 hrs (dry weight).

BOPP Self-Adhesive Tapes/ Jumbo Rolls, Holograms, Inner lining of suitcase and soft leather bags and other related pressure sensitive applications.

Store in sealed containers in dry condition at temperatures between 15-300C, away from direct heat, sunlight, dust and moisture. Protect from frost. Containers once opened should be shut tightly to prevent contamination. Stocks should be used on a first in, first out basis. Do not mix with other products without consulting us / doing your own test to determine its suitability, as it can lead to incompatibility and other related problems.
- Applicators
It being a low viscosity emulsion, the best coating method will be roller coating with a Mayer bar to control the coating weight. Alternately an air knife can also be used. The product can also be thickened and coated by reverse roller coating method.
