Fortium® R - Kemin’s line of rosemary extract based ingredients is designed for maximum effectiveness against color and flavor degradation. Fortium® R provides an alternative to traditionally used synthetic antioxidants such as Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA), Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT), or Tertiary-Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ). Fortium® R utilizes the carnosic acid in rosemary extract to provide shelf life protection for food products.
