ISO-LEN® Polyrubber consists of two different thermoplastics: High molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene (ISOLEN ° 500, colors: red-brown, confetti or black) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE; color: black). These materials come in either two homogeneous composite layers are pressed together, or the TPE is in the near-surface Layers of PE interspersed. In the case of separate layers, the ISO-LEN 500 enables problem-free attachment, for example by means of rivets or screws to a steel beam, while at the same time the Carrier material in contact with the product TPE the storage and transport of painted or sensitive, finished workpieces. In the interspersed Variant, a slip-resistant effect is achieved.
