ClearSol CIP Prebatch 20+ is a formulated, very low-foaming surfactant and hard water control additive that is readily soluble in 50% caustic soda solutions without the need for prolonged mixing or heating. ClearSol CIP Prebatch 20+ controls hard water even in high-temperature cleaning applications. ClearSol CIP Prebatch 20+ provides extremely low foam properties making this product suitable for many industrial cleaning processes.

For best results ClearSol CIP PreBatch 20+ should be added at 10% by weight into 90% by weight caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) to formulate the concentrated caustic cleaner.. This cleaner would then be diluted as needed, i.e. to 3% active sodium hydroxide, for actual cleaning solutions.
