Northshore® CA1801 is 2-EHN based product. By using the state-of-art micro-reaction technology, not only the manufacturing process is intrinsically safe and more environmental friendly, but also, the product has better quality and higher purity. Cetane improver is being increasingly used to upgrade diesel fuel quality, especially diesel that contains cracked components. 2-EHN is the most widely used cetane improver that offers the best cetane performance in a competitive way.

Delivery in 200-liter one-way drums, plastic IBC tanks or Bulk.. Alternatively, NorthShore CA1801 can be packaged with multifunctional additives and added at the terminal.
- Recommended Treat Rate
At a treat rate of 0.1%, NorthShore CA1801 can boost cetane number up to 8-10 points. The normal treat rate varies between 100 ppm to 2000 ppm according to the required performance and base fuel properties.
