- Storage
Store in temperature between 2 - 32°C or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.

SA550 can be mixed with various carboxyl functional polyester resins to formulate matte, one shot, and exterior durable polyester powder coatings with low gloss of 5 -70%(60°).; The gloss can be adjusted by replacing part of SA550 with TGIC or HAA .; Some cure catalysts such as 2-phenyl-imidazoline and quaternary ammonium salts may improve coatings mechanical and surface performance in SA550 system.
- Use Levels
Premix SA550 with other components of the formula before extrusion.. Recommend to design formula by weight parts of 70/30 [resin to SA550] for pure polyester resin with AV ca.34mg KOH/g.
