Anabec NewBuild 50 is a microbial barrier product designed specifically for use on new unfinished building surfaces. When NewBuild 50 is applied to new building materials, it forms an extremely durable microbial barrier that inhibits microbial activity on the materials' surfaces. NewBuild 50 is a self-contained penetrating barrier. NewBuild 50 can be used as a primer for latex paints.

NewBuild 50 is a water based acrylic moisture barrier that can be applied to CPVC, Romex, Galvanized metal, PEX, Engineered lumber, Fire treated lumber and metal fasteners without negative results or any off gassing. The active microbial fighting ingredient is silver nitrate..
