Application Methods

Spray

Use Direction

No dilution or mixing is required prior to application.; Apply a thin, even coating to pallets or molds by sprayer or roller system.; Avoid over application to prevent runs or puddles, which will create voids in the finished concrete surface.; Note: After numerous applications at full strength, it may be possible to apply subsequent diluted applications for greater economies. The dilution factor employed will be dependent on desired efficacy and economies. Test at 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 parts water to determine suitable strength.

Shelf Life Storage

Store in dry area. Keep containers tightly closed. Do not store in excessively high temperatures (>100 F°).; Keep from freezing. Avoid physical damage to containers.; Kreterelease 490 has a rheological shelf life of eight (8) months in original, unopened packaging.
