It has the activity of inhibition of the enzyme tyrosinase, the alpha hormone stimulating melanocytes (alpha MSH), and the transfer of pigments to the keracinocytes, reducing melanogenesis and darkening of the skin, providing significant efficacy in the treatment of cutaneous hyperpigmentation and related reactions.
