To prevent foaming, Afcona-2045 may be added prior to processing. If added subsequently, good dispersion must be ensured.

Product Features

Afcona – 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush and roller application. This product combines strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.. Compared to defoamers such as Afcona-2025, Afcona-2035, and Afcona-2040, this product gives better defoaming properties and better compatibility, especially in polyurethane clear coat systems.
