It is especially suited to micro system metering devices, as it is not hygroscopic, will not bridge, lump, or cake. Uniscope Starch Binderis dust-free and electrostatic free. It is also odor and taste-free.Uniscope Starch Binderinstantly solubilizes in hot water, forming a high tack adhesive which holds feedstuffs together. Uniscope Starch Binderis also a fast setting adhesive, hardening in the cooler.

- Inclusion Level
Mix Uniscope Starch Binder directly into mixer with micro ingredients. Mix thoroughly and maximize conditioning temperatures. Inclusion levelsrange from 10to 20lbperton. It may be beneficial to add 0.5% to 1.0% (10-20 lb/water/ton of feed) in the feed mixer to achieve optimal moisture content of 16% entering the feed die.
