Phosphomer® CELLOPC40CNKC is a conditioner/moisturizer in a broad range of skin care products that combines Hydroxyethyl cellulose as natural ingredients and Polyphosphorylcholine glycol acrylate as skin-friendly ingredients. Natural moisturizing nature and hydrophilic skin-friendly nature cooperate to form a strong and soft moisturizing film on the skin to maximize the moisturizing effect, improve the skin barrier function and give a smooth and soft feeling.
