Refine
new Refine® plant growth regulator provides outstanding fruit thinning in apples, pears, certain citrus crops (oranges, tangerines, mandarins, tangelos and tangors) and olives. In addition, Refine can be used to promote return bloom in alternate-bearing apple varieties such as Fuji, Jonagold, Braeburn and Golden Delicious. When applied as a late-season spray (7-14 days before harvest), Refine can be used to prevent pre-harvest fruit drop due to windfall and knockdown. Refine also can be used in a dip to preserve ornamental holly boughs immediately after cutting.
