Addichem 8705
Addichem 8705 is intended for lubricant manufacturers who need to produce engine oil that can be used in a wide range of vehicles. It is a balanced dispersant-inhibitor crankcase additive package intended for use in the formulation of mono and multigrade heavy duty gasoline engine oils. It adds deposit, oil oxidation, wear, and rust control to gasoline engine oils.

ADDICHEM 8705 can be used in a wide variety of performance level engine oils, ranging from API SG to API SL on the PCMO performance level, and API CD to API CF on the HDDEO performance level. By design the package has a high Base Number, and the BN can be boosted further by incorporating a ADDICHEM 6262 range TBN booster.
- Storage and Handling
Recommended maximum blending temperature is 70°C. Store away from direct sunlight and keep sealed to avoid atmospheric condensation.
