Processing Guide

Drying: Under general storing condition, T BLEND â 4000 20N can absorb moisture, so pre drying is necessary before processing. If the environment is humid or surface performance parts are required, please dry the pellets in hot air circulating oven/hopper (50 o C) for 1 2 hour. Molding The process is same as EVA foaming but it needs higher DCP volume (0.2~0.25phr) than EVA foaming. Processing Temperature Mixing at 120 ℃℃→ loading DCP / AC at 100 → taking out at 95 Others: Press molding at 165 ℃℃~168 ℃℃, 1 mm thickness needs 85 ~ 90
