Protex® 223-5HT
Protex 223-5HT is a 5 mil polyester film coated with a very high tack pressure sensitive adhesive. Applied to aluminum, stainless steel or non-metallic floor panels around galley and lavatory areas on many types of aircraft to prevent water damage, oxidation or corrosion of the metal. This product is not intended for fly-away applications.

- Usage
Protex 223-5HT is applied to one side of fiber impregnated aluminum honeycomb core material to hold in place on vacuum table for milling opposite side. Protex 223-5HT has high tensile, tear and impact strength. It is inert in water, moisture resistant, and is unaffected by oils, greases and volatile aromatics.
