ROCKBLOCK® 5
ROCKBLOCK® 5 is a high performance lost circulation additive consisting of proprietary materials designed to quickly seal natural and induced fractures during lost circulation events throughout drilling operations. It is a one-sack blend with a tailored particle size distribution designed to seal 1 - 5 mm fractures or the interconnected channels in vugular formations. It can be used to stop partial to total loss returns in all types of drilling fluids.

- Treatment Recommendations
For seepage losses recommended treatment ranges from 10 - 20 lb/bbl.; For severe lost circulation recommended treatments of 30 - 50 lb/bbl.; Allow proper mixing times to prevent downhole tool failures.; Suitable base fluid viscosity is required to maintain the particle suspension, YP of 40+ especially in low weight fluids.
