Anhui Kingcham Chemical Technology KC4030 composited of acrylate copolymer, is a surfactant. It can be used in special texture art powder coatings. It can provide wrinkles, hammer and art pattern effect after blending, externally added into the powder coating by adjusting surface tension and tension gradient of melting powder coating.

This product is used as external adding powder coating; the dosage is 0.05%-1% of the formula total amount. a certain range，with the dosage of floating flower agent increasing , the wrinkles texture becomes small, and the finer is the particle size of floating flower agent, the smaller is the wrinkles texture. the large pattern needs to be thicker to avoid film exposing bottom, and affect pattern effect. Please accord to the test to determine the specific amount.
