HIGHLIGHTS

100% D-mannitol granules made from stable β-type crystals.; D-mannitol crystal shapes are known to have 3 types: α-type, β-type and δ-type. β-type is said to be the most stable of these.; Granutol is useful for water-unstable and Maillard reaction-prone API.; 100% D-mannitol granules are chemically stable and have almost no free water. Therefore, it is useful for reactive API.; Suitable for direct compression as it has excellentformability and fluidity.; As it has high formability, there is no capping even in high compression pressure. In addition, fluidity is also high so it is useful for direct compression
