Polyvel RM40Z molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) masterbatches enable injection molders to incorporate the benefits and lubricating properties of MoS2 into their molded nylon parts without purchasing costly pre-compounded MoS2 modified resins. MoS2 is an internal lubricant for nylon compounds. It reduces or eliminates mold drag during molding and acts as a mold release. Post molding component assembly is made easier because of the self-lubricating properties.RM40.
